Folderol • Long ago, Apple permitted color coding of folders. In OSX that was removed, much to our dissatisfaction. Folderol fixes that by allowing you to color code your folders, and we mean any color at all. It's a very inexpensive little app that is very handy. 

Banktivity 8 • is personal finance software for Macintosh users. It does an outstanding job helping users pay bills online, track their spending patterns and maintain a budget. It’s the one true alternative to Quicken if you’ve got an Apple-centric household with a Mac and iOS mobile devices.

Fanurio • is a time tracking and billing software application highly regarded by us because of it's intuitive interface, flexible timer, and ability to produce detailed invoices. We use Fanurio for all our invoicing. It's dependable with excellent, timely, tech support.
